New clinical data presented at World Congress on Anesthesiology and Critical Care (WCAC) 2025  demonstrate that data-driven kidney urine output monitoring supports early intervention and better patient outcomes.

In collaboration with Prof. Moti Klein, Director of the ICU at Soroka Medical Center, the study analyzed data from 191 ICU patients who received furosemide. The findings showed that using the 𝗙𝗜𝗭𝗘 𝗸𝗨𝗢® 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟱, enabling earlier, data-driven intervention.

“The ability to capture renal response within minutes – not hours – is a game-changer for ICU teams,” said Prof. Klein. “It supports earlier intervention, tighter fluid control, and better patient outcomes.”

This advancement underscores FIZE Medical’s mission to make fluid management smarter, faster, and grounded in real-time data – empowering ICU teams to move from reactive care to proactive care strategies.
