Customer Success Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Success Specialist – ideally a nurse or physician – to lead our clinical presence during product implementations and commercial rollouts. You’ll spend around 50% of your time at clinical sites around the world, working directly with clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and real-time support.
This role centers on travel and site engagement, making you the go-to contact for clinicians during the earliest and most critical phase of product use. You’ll also contribute to the creation and delivery of educational content for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively to implementation and commercial sites around the world (up to 50%)
- Lead on-site training and act as the primary point of contact for clinical teams
- Design and deliver engaging training and educational materials for clinicians and internal teams, both on-site and remotely
- Ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all training touchpoints
- Support the development of scalable onboarding processes and reusable implementation frameworks
- Collect, synthesize, and relay user feedback to internal teams
Who You Are
- Nurse, physician, or medtech professional with strong background in Customer Success or Implementation roles
- Deep understanding of hospital workflows and clinician needs
- Exceptional communicator and facilitator
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset
- Technical acumen – quick to grasp complex product features and translate them into clinical value
- Exceptional English communication skills; U.S. audience experience required.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
